Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order or using our website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree please do not use our site.
1. About Us

2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are purchasing for personal non-commercial use.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We take reasonable care to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you complete your purchase.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is taken at the point of order. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery Zones & Costs
- UK Zone 1 (England, Wales, most of Scotland): Same working day dispatch for orders before 3pm. Next day delivery via DPD from £5.26 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £3.47.
- UK Zone 2 (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey): 2–3 working day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £4.49.
- Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50.
We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Switzerland, or Norway. EU delivery is available in select countries — contact us before ordering. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Holistic Haven is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our policy complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
Conditions for Return
- Products must be unopened in original sealed packaging and in resalable condition
- You must contact us at hello@myholistichaven.co.uk before returning any items
- Returns must be sent within 14 days of notifying us
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns on any opened or used supplement products, even within the 14-day period. Once the seal is broken the product cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@myholistichaven.co.uk with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Subscriptions
Our Subscribe & Save service provides 20% off individual products and 30% off bundles on recurring 30-day orders. You may pause or cancel at any time from your customer account portal with no fees or penalties. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
9. Product Information and Health Disclaimer
All products sold by Holistic Haven are food supplements intended to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or have an existing medical condition. Keep all supplements out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Holistic Haven website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design is the property of Holistic Haven or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce or use any content without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
